Volodymyr Lytvyn sent the Condolence Telegram to Bogdan Borusewicz, Marshal of the Senate of the Republic of Poland and Bronislaw Komorowski, Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland

In the telegram, Volodymyr Lytvyn said "with sorrow I heard the tragic news of the death of Polish President Lech Kaczynski, his wife and those who traveling with him, the death of Lech Kaczynski is a great loss to your country also to Ukrainian state which lost one of its best friends."

"I express my deepest condolences to the people of Poland on the tragic deaths. Our feelings and prayers are with the Kaczynski family, the loved ones of those killed in this tragic accident, and the Polish people," he concluded.
